Euno is a Discord moderation bot operated by Vitullo Consulting, LLC, a single-member limited liability company organized in the State of New York, United States, doing business as Reactiflux (“Reactiflux,” “we,” “us”). This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why, how long we keep it, and the choices you have. Using Euno means you agree to this policy.
We collect only what we need to run moderation features in your Discord server.
Discord identifiers. User IDs, server (guild) IDs, channel IDs, and message IDs. For some moderation actions we also store the acting moderator’s username.
Message content — briefly. To give moderators context — for example, when reviewing a report or a deletion — Euno keeps a short-lived cache of recent message content. This content is automatically cleared about an hour after a message was last active, and the cached records are deleted within about 24 hours. We do not keep message content beyond this moderation window.
Message statistics. Euno stores aggregate counts about activity — such as message, word, character, link, and reaction counts, and timestamps — to power moderation analytics. These statistics do not include message content.
Moderation records. Actions taken through Euno — moderation actions, anonymous reports, and escalation votes — are stored so your team has a shared history.
Account information (web dashboard only). If you sign in to the Euno web dashboard, we create an account using your Discord account via OAuth, which may include your Discord user ID and email address. This is the only place we collect an email address, and it is not required to use the bot.
Subscription information. If your server subscribes to a paid plan, we store your Stripe customer and subscription identifiers and your plan status. We do not store payment card details — those are handled by Stripe.
We share data only with the providers we rely on to operate Euno. We do not sell your information.
We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of our users.
We protect data with access controls and by transmitting it over encrypted (HTTPS/TLS) connections. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your information.
Euno is not directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information. You must meet Discord’s minimum age — at least 13, or higher where required — to use Euno. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us information, contact us and we’ll remove it.
We may update this policy. For material changes we’ll update the effective date and, where appropriate, give notice. Continued use after a change means you accept the update.
