Terms of Service

Effective date: June 16, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Euno (“Euno,” “the Service”). Euno is operated by Vitullo Consulting, LLC, a single-member limited liability company organized in the State of New York, United States, doing business as Reactiflux (“Reactiflux,” “we,” “us”). By adding Euno to a Discord server or otherwise using it, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Service.

1. The Service

Euno helps Discord moderation teams work together — with per-user mod tracking, anonymous member reports, escalation voting, shared ticketing, spam and raid defense, and related analytics. We add, change, and remove features over time; these Terms apply to the Service as it exists when you use it.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

  • You need a valid Discord account and must follow Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
  • You must be at least 13, or the minimum age required in your location, whichever is higher.
  • You are responsible for activity that happens through your Discord account.

Server Administrators

If you add or configure Euno in a server, you act on that server’s behalf and are responsible for configuring it appropriately, telling your members how moderation data is used where required, and the moderation actions taken through Euno in your server.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service unlawfully or in violation of Discord’s policies.
  • Harass, abuse, or harm others through the Service.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other users’ data, or our systems.
  • Interfere with, overload, or disrupt the Service.
  • Reverse engineer or extract source code, except where that restriction is prohibited by law.
  • Resell or sublicense the Service without our written permission.

We may suspend or remove access we reasonably believe violates these Terms or puts other users at risk.

4. Plans and Billing

Euno offers a free plan and a paid Team plan. The features, fees, trial, and refund terms for each plan are described on our pricing page, which forms part of these Terms.

  • Billing: Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe; we don’t store card details. Unless stated otherwise on the pricing page, paid plans renew automatically for another term.
  • Cancellation: You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid term, and the Service continues until then.
  • Refunds: Refunds are available as described on our pricing page.
  • Price changes: We may change fees. We’ll give reasonable notice before a change affects your renewal.

5. Your Data

Our handling of data is described in our Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms. In short, we process Discord identifiers and limited message data to provide moderation features, and we don’t sell your personal information.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service — including its software, design, and branding — belongs to Reactiflux and its licensors. You keep ownership of the content in your Discord server and grant us the limited license needed to process that content to operate the Service for you.

7. Availability and Changes

We work to keep the Service reliable but don’t guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, and we’re not liable for losses caused by interruptions, maintenance, or events outside our reasonable control.

8. Termination

  • By you: Remove Euno from your server at any time. Data is handled per our Privacy Policy.
  • By us: We may suspend or terminate access that violates these Terms, creates risk for others, or that we’re required to stop. Where practical, we’ll give notice and a chance to resolve the issue first.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DON’T WARRANT THAT EUNO WILL CATCH EVERY POLICY VIOLATION OR PREVENT EVERY ABUSE IN YOUR COMMUNITY.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REACTIFLUX WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE.

Some places don’t allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Reactiflux from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, the content in your server, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Before bringing a formal claim, you agree to contact us first and try in good faith to resolve the dispute.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. For material changes we’ll update the effective date and, where appropriate, give notice. Continued use after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.

14. General

  • Severability: If a provision is unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
  • Entire agreement: These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the pricing page are the entire agreement between you and Reactiflux about the Service.
  • No waiver: Not enforcing a provision isn’t a waiver of it.
  • Assignment: You can’t assign these Terms; we may assign them to a successor or affiliate.
